The Seacoast Composite Squadron had the distinct honor of welcoming Executive Officer Commander Zachary Harry Sr. as a special guest during our promotion night. His visit was a meaningful and memorable occasion for both cadets and senior members. One of the highlights of the evening was the presentation of the Mitchell Award to Cadet 2d Lt. Gouin. Commander Harry personally presented the award, making this significant milestone even more special. The Mitchell Award represents outstanding achievement and dedication within the cadet program, and Cadet Gouin’s accomplishment reflects hard work, leadership, and commitment.
