Woodsville Squadron – PT Certification night
December 18, 2025 Woodsville, NH - On Wednesday night’s Civil Air Patrol meeting at the Haverhill Cooperative Middle School, home of the Woodsville Squadron NH-023, we held PT (Physical Training) testing night. Coincidentally, every member except one had just gone over the 180-day standard and required retesting. (The lone cadet actually was running out next week!) Things were somewhat crowded at the school with two different basketball teams training, so we used the cafeteria for the three tests, curl ups, pushups, and the sit and reach test. We used a long hallway for the 20-meter Pacer test. Cadet officers assisted in running the
stations as well as the Senior members. There is always room for improvement and the same held true last night. However, the cadets were enthusiastic and worked hard for their scores. A Great Start candidate, Cadet A. DiLorenzo, scored the highest. Congratulations to him. Glad you’re coming on board!
Veterans Day 2025

Woodsville NH, despite 27° temperatures, snow showers, and wind, Woodsville cadets and seniors proudly marched in the Veterans Day parade. They reflected on how much more our veterans have endured and were honored to walk in recognition of their sacrifices.
A heartfelt thank you to all our cadets, senior members, community partners and most importantly, to our veterans. Your courage, sacrifice, and dedication inspire us every day.
