Graduation Schedule:

  • 10:30am - Arrival. Families should try to arrive by 10:30 to ensure they can find a parking spot and walk to the parade grounds in time to grab either a bleacher seat (very limited) or pop up a camp chair (you need to bring your own). Sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses are also recommended.
  • 11:00am - Graduation Parade and Ceremony.
  • 11:40am - Meet and Greet. Find your cadet, take a picture or two, and then send them back into the dorms on their own to out-process.
  • 12:00pm - All cadets should be in the barracks out-processing from Encampment.

Dismissal of your cadet: YOU CANNOT TAKE YOUR CADET FROM GRADUATION. THEY MUST CHECK OUT OF THE DORMS AND OUT OF OUR SUPERVISORY CONTROL FIRST.

After graduation ends, there will be a brief period where you can congratulate your cadet and take pictures. Then all cadets must report to their bunk to check out.

Parents will queue (in their cars) up at the pop-up tent in front of the barracks. We will have someone at the curb with a radio. You tell us who you are picking up, and we will send them out. Cadets will bring their stuff down and out of the building. Cadets will load up, and you will depart the base. All Cadets MUST be signed out by Parent or Guardian (unless 18 and over). Expect to spend as long as an hour after graduation waiting for your cadet to get clearance to leave.
