Cadets and Senior Members

Registration for Cadets is NOW CLOSED 

ALL REGISTRATIONS WILL OCCUR IN REGISTRATION ZONE IN E-SERVICES

You can sign up by logging into eServices (where all your courses are). There is a giant "Registration Zone" on the opening page. 

1. Click on "Click here to go to Registration Zone." you will need an active eServices login.

2. Once in the registration zone, on the left menu under "My Stuff" you will see "Event Registration". Click on that in the menu options.
3. Once there, you will have a long list of options. To make it easy, in the search bar on the top right side, type in "NER-NH". Once you do that, you will see only NH Wing events, and you should see all three options for attending encampment this summer: Basic Encampment, Advanced Training, and NCOLS.
4. Uploading Forms: To register you will need to download, fill out, and upload any required forms listed there. The application may have a space for the Squadron Commander to sign. You DO NOT need to have your commander physically sign that form. The registration zone will automatically and electronically send your application to the commander to approve if required. Please, just download the forms, fill them out, and upload them.
5. Payment: Payment is not required to sign up but will be required prior to attending encampment. The fee to attend encampment is $350 for cadets and $65 for adults.

Required Forms for NH/ME Summer Encampment

All cadets, including cadet cadre, attending the NH/ME Summer Encampment must complete the following forms prior to arrival:

1. CAPF 160 – CAP Member Health History Form
2. CAPF 161 – Emergency Contact Form

These forms are mandatory and must be submitted before encampment begins. Please complete both and email it to ctetreault@nhwg.cap.gov no later than July 7.

• CAPF60-81, Application for CAP Encampment or Special Activity (required for all, including Senior Members) - however the Unit Commander Signature is no longer needed. Rather the unit commander will approve online in the Registration Zone.

• F163, Permission for Provision of Minor Cadet Over-the-Counter Medication (required for all cadets under 18 years of age)

• Ensure you have all signatures required on each document – the unit commander signature is not necessary on the 60-81 anymore, but parent and/or participant signatures are needed on some forms.
• Complete, and upload the forms indicated for your membership type in Registration Zone:  Civil Air Patrol - Registration Zone: Home Page.
• NOTE: DO NOT PAY IF YOU PLAN TO APPLY FOR CEAP (Applications opens again on June 15,2025)
• All members, Cadet or Senior, need to complete the CAP Health Profile in your e-services.

IF YOU LIVE OUT OF STATE and plan to fly into encampment.

1. Please fly into: Boston Logan Airport (BOS)
2. Please contact (encampment@nhwg.cap.gov) with your travel Itinerary, who your direct contact should be on the day of travel and leave a phone number where you can be reached.

Parents/Guardians must be available to retrieve their cadet in the event of an emergency or if their cadet is not participating actively and/or is disruptive to training.

Senior Members

1. CAPF60-81, Application for CAP Encampment or Special Activity (required)
2. All members, Cadet or Senior, need to complete the CAP Health Profile in your e-services.
