Vacancy Announcement - NH Wing Director of Administration
1. The Chief of Staff for the New Hampshire Wing is seeking applicants for the position of
Director of Administration. The duties and responsibilities of the position may be found below.
2. EXPERIENCE - The ideal candidate should have familiarity or experience with CAP
Regulations and CAP Forms, to include CAPR 1-2 Publications Management, CAPR 10-2 Files
Maintenance and Records Disposition, CAPR 10-3 Administrative Authorizations, as well as
experience with administration at the squadron-level. Enrollment in the Administration
Specialty Track is required.
3. DUTIES - The candidate will be expected to administer the wing's supplements and
operating instructions and assure the annual re-certification of these forms is accomplished by
deadlines. This will require open communication with the respective OPR in each functional
area. Further duties and expectations are explained in the Administrative Officer Specialty Track
Study Guide.

Position Vacancy Announcement - Orientation Flight Coordinator
1. The Chief of Staff for the New Hampshire Wing is seeking applicants for the position of NHWG Orientation Flight Coordinator. The duties and responsibilities of the position may be found below.
2. EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate should have familiarity or experience with CAPP 60-40, Cadet Orientation Flight Program Guide; CAPR 60-1, CAP Cadet Program Management; and CAPR 70-1, CAP Flight Management. An applicant does not need to be a licensed pilot.
3. DUTIES: The NHWG Orientation Flight Coordinator is responsible for coordinating orientation flight days at various locations around the wing; publishing the flying schedule for orientation flight days, indicating aircraft used, ferry arrangements, and pilot assignments; coordinating with squadrons to ensure that they will use all scheduled sorties or make vacant slots available to other squadrons; and monitoring the program budget, striving for 100% budget execution.
