New Hampshire Wing Change of Command Ceremony

The New Hampshire Wing Civil Air Patrol proudly invites members, families, friends, and community supporters to attend the Change of Command Ceremony honoring Col. Goupil and welcoming Lt. Col. Darlene Cray as Commander Select.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m. ET on Saturday October 17, 2026, and will be followed by light refreshments.

There is no cost to attend.

Guests interested in exploring the nearby McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center before or after the ceremony can take advantage of a special discounted admission rate.

• Reduced admission: $11.00

• Public hours: 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• Location: Adjacent to the Sweeney Auditorium building

To receive the discounted rate, simply mention Civil Air Patrol when purchasing tickets at the Discovery Center. Please note that Discovery Center tickets must be purchased separately and are not available through Registration Zone.
