CAP Aircrew Safety Day
This will be a combined meeting of FAA Safety Team WINGS Program members and members of the New Hampshire Wing of Civil Air Patrol

Lt Col Keith Lauder & Maj Jim Melanson will provide an introduction and a short briefing about today’s program
09:05 - 09:15
Col Darin Ninness, Commander, New Hampshire Wing Civil Air Patrol
09:15 – 10:00
CW3 Luke Koladish of the NH Army National Guard will make a presentation about Army rotorcraft operations in New Hampshire
10:05 – 10:50
Sam Nelson will make a presentation regarding the safety of drone operations in our area
10:55 – 11:25
Col Bill Moran will make a presentation on Winter Survival considerations
11:25 – 11:35
Short Break
11:35 – 12:25
Dr. Tom Gross, AME, will make a presentation regarding “seniors” and their considerations in aviation activities and other medical considerations for all pilots
12:30 – 13:00
Lt Col Charles Freeman will discuss weather for professional pilots.
All presenters will provide time for discussion and the answering of questions.
Snacks and lunch after conclusion of the meeting will be available at the Concord Countdown Café at Discovery Center
All pilot participants, if signed up in the FAASafety Wings Program, will receive FAA Wings Credit.
Completion of any Phase of WINGS satisfies the requirement for a flight review. So not only will you complete a review of significant safety items, but you will also end up with a flight review, as well!
